Position: Account Representative

Description: About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Representative to represent Steve Madden and Dolce Vita in the Ontario territory. This is a unique opportunity to work with two of the industry’s most trend-forward and influential footwear brands. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts while developing new business opportunities in the region.

What You’ll Do:
• Represent Steve Madden (Men’s & Women’s) and Dolce Vita across Ontario
• Manage and grow wholesale accounts across fashion, boutique, and department store channels
• Present seasonal collections to buyers during pre-booking windows
• Drive sell-through and support key retail partners with product knowledge and merchandising insights
• Maintain strong relationships with accounts through regular communication and in-person meetings
• Identify new business opportunities and pursue strategic account growth
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery
• Utilize showroom and office space as needed to host clients and showcase collections
What You Bring:
• Proven experience as a sales representative in the fashion, footwear, or accessories space
• Strong knowledge of the Ontario retail landscape
• Existing relationships in the industry are a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Professionalism and alignment with the values of the brands you represent
• Must not currently represent or have any conflicts with competing brands (e.g., Guess or similar)
Additional Details:
• Office space is available in Mississauga to support meetings and showroom needs
• Salary based with incentives
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
