About Us
Grünland is an established Italian footwear brand known for premium comfort, high-quality materials, and timeless European design. The line includes orthopedic-friendly shoes, sandals, and slippers designed for all-day comfort and support. We are looking for a motivated, well-connected sales representative to grow the Ontario market.
Your Role
You will represent Grünland to independent retailers and specialty footwear stores throughout Ontario—managing existing accounts and opening new ones thanks to our in-stock program.
Responsibilities
• Present seasonal collections and visit retail accounts
• Prospect and open new stores across the province
• Manage order writing during sell-in seasons (Spring/Fall)
• Provide ongoing customer service and territory feedback
• Maintain strong communication with our Canadian head office
Requirements
• Experience in footwear or fashion sales
• Connections with comfort and footwear boutiques are a major asset
• Strong ability to open new accounts
• Ability to travel across Ontario
• Professional presentation and solid understanding of comfort-driven footwear

Compensation/Commission: Commission based and some expenses

Position: Account Executive

Territory: Ontario

We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Account Executive to drive footwear sales and growth across Ontario. If you are a persuasive, results-focused relationship builder who thrives in a performance-driven environment, we want to meet you.

What You Will Do
• Develop and grow sales across specialty, fashion, and family footwear channels.
• Build strong relationships with accounts to drive revenue and expand brand presence.
• Execute merchandising, marketing, and social media initiatives.
• Analyze market trends and data to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle and deliver on sales goals.

What We Are Looking For
• 3–5 years of successful sales or business development experience (footwear industry preferred).
• Proven record of account growth and retention.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Compensation/Commission: Uncapped earning potential with competitive commission.
